As a member of the WAGEMANN | Arbitration team, Lucas supports the work of the office in a series of  arbitrations at the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Chamber of Commerce of Santiago, regarding the construction of electrical lines and substations, as well as in arbitration related to the remodeling works of a public hospital.

Fifth year law student at the University of Chile, he stands out for his abilities and skills related to arbitration.

As part of Moot Madrid 2023, Lucas won Third Place for best public speaker, while the University of Chile team – led by university professor María Agnés Salah and head partner of the office Elina Mereminskaya – won First  Place for best statement of claim.

Organized by Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, the Moot Madrid is an annual face-to-face academic competition that, this year, dealt with arbitration related to  trademarks, licenses, Metaverse and Non-Fungible  Tokens (NFT´s).

  • Ninth semester Law student. University of Chile.
  • Assistant in the research and writing of a dictionary on acquisitive extinctive prescription, in an project headed by Professor Carlos Pizarro  Wilson (2023).
  • Assistant of for Professor Javier Maturana in Procedural Law class (2023).
  • First place for the best lawsuit memorial during the Moot Madrid international commercial arbitration competition. Winner of the Albert H.  Kritzer Award (2023) – Supervising professors: María Agnés Salah and Elina Mereminskaya.
  • Third place for best public speaker during the international commercial arbitration competition
